That's what the deck hand that called into the show said. He also said he had to jump through about 50 hoops to get it.

This is for florida commercial fisherman so maybe they are paying louisiana people more ... florida fish are perfectly fine to eat, and they are catching as many as they did before, but there's nobody to sell them to because people have developed irrational fears and won't eat them.
