Forget the home sales
Forget the retail sales
Forget the jobs numbers

Focus on the slight increase in consumer confidence(forget the fickleness) and the road gets clearer.

As the consumer gets poorer, they become less relevant to the markets.

Another staged hope rally. They're very hard to maintain
