Most of it's electricity already comes from nuclear power. The 70% of it's energy needs fueled by fossils are in the transportation sector. Electric vehicles will knock that way down.

If I was Arizona I'd put a couple of Nuke Plants on the California border and sell them power. They are going to need it in Cal with the influx of people.
