True...but their is sequence here that's like nibbling round the edges of the cookie before getting to the real problem. It starts with trying to raise taxes, then cutting services, then cutting a few jobs low on the totem pole....and so on. Those up the totem pole fight til' the death for their bloated salaries and over-promised pensions.
