The $100 million fund for oil workers unemployed due to Obama's moratorium, which was the last piece apparently settled at the meeting yesterday, reminds me of a scene at a car dealership. After the buyer agrees to a $20,000 asking price, they spring a $100 document preparation fee on him. So he figures, I want to get out of here in less than an hour, what the heck.

Excellent analogy.
