Well I don't know what the basis you have for saying that other than the fact that we both agree there is something wrong with the claims of the desert dirt promoters. If you intend to ridicule me by association perhaps you had better have a better case than circumstantial that the person in question is that off the wall. Its easy to get with a gang like kids playing red rover and say the assailant charging the group of locked hands is crazy but what are you really saying? Because a large group of you has found a cause, that you are "right", and any doubters are mentally unbalanced? Perhaps it's an attractive refuge for those who have no courage of individual conviction. But the reason you are in this nation is because people would not accept the status quo politically or religiously and they rebelled against authority and ethical corruption. All you are railing against is Mr. Lumbert's opinions, therefore, deal with those and not his shoe size or his alleged character, those items are not before this court of opinion. What Mr. Lumbert has alleged, and he is quite successful and organized and so far, and not refuted on any item, is that the management of IPMCF have had, an do have, a series of ethical violations of securities laws in former and present companies. The prima facie of these allegations is quite coherently presented and obviously not the work of an unbalanced individual. It has the ring of truth to it, and knowing the history of these people and judging them by their actions and the glaring discrepancies corporately and gelogically I would say there is a high probability of the charges being well founded. The Behre Dohlbear report that you people are so anxiously awaiting WAS FINISHED IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR. Now, are you not a tad anxious as to why it has not been released? When you couple that with the MISSED 15 million dollar payment, whose deadline has gone by mysteriously without so much as a peep of explanation by the company, I am afraid it looks very bad. echarter@vianet.on.ca
