Check out the below note from today's (Friday's) InformationWeek e-mail update. Even though this market expansion at the low end was perceived as a _bad thing_ for computer stocks, does this not also imply more chips being sold? And more chips that need to be tested? And more testers that need to be purchased to handle the testing?
