Jeff ,

Yes their systems are used for wafer probing , and yes these are typically at the fab location - however this is typically considered as more of a post fab operation than part of the fab process , as such I would have to agree TER are NOT in the fab equipment.

Actually, test usually happens outside of the wafer fab facility because the same level of cleanroom is typically not required.
