Looks to me like Kyl was being deceitful to me. It is good that he is coming clean now but we don't know if it is to clear his conscious or whether some pressure has been put on him. I'm wondering why the White House didn't release tapes, maybe they threatened to or maybe they don't record meetings like that anymore.
