The judge bought less than $15,000 of Exxon stock in December 2009, according to the documents.

If he had about 400 shares (approx 15K) he maybe made $400 total - not exactly enough motivation to influence his decision.

wow he made 400 dollars, that's more than you make in a year. Is that why you are crying about it ?

A dem judge would never have sold.

and he'll pay his taxes on the 400 capital gain, won't find a dem doing that
