I just found out..........apparently, he sold the stock in the last year.

Your first impression was that he made a snap judgment because he's from New Orleans:

"For a moment I was surprised.....then I remember he's a federal judge in the Big Easy."

Then the article was political journalism. It was a non story put out there to make the judge look bad.
