Ed, NiMin Energy (NEYYF), a good story, yes, but not one of redemption like DRLY... I guess I'm a sucker for the underdog.

I've been following NiMin since you first mentioned them. I like what I've seen so far, but have almost zero faith their new technology. If I had nickel for every time a microcap comes up with a 'new technique' for exploiting trapped reserves... I'd be up to about 75 cents. Still , like you've mentioned before, even if their new method fails they've some great production and plan that could prove profitable for investors. I still haven't committed as of yet...

FWIW Ed, I took a position in NiMin Energy (NNN.TO or NEYYF.PK) this week.

I also jumped on the MHR bandwagon per Dale Baker's continued recommendation.

I'm holding DRLY to see what Mr. Grey comes up with as far as financing.

Dr.I

Ed Adjootian, I'm following Dr. Ipsofacto and now making an add to my NNN position. AXAS too. And others Bakken.

Also fwiw, I've started a small buy of [t]HEAT[/t] (<span style='font-size:11px'>LAST</span>: 6.81<span style='font-size:11px'> 8/4/2010 1:31:53 PM</span>) this morning. My first foray into it. (Seemed too expensive to me when it was discussed here previously.)

And finally, I'll make a small bet that Orion Marine Group, [t]ORN[/t] (<span style='font-size:11px'>LAST</span>: 12.08<span style='font-size:11px'> 8/4/2010 1:31:41 PM</span>) , a construction company, ought to do okay. It's got cash and no long-term debt, so it should (maybe) be able to weather a business downturn, if there is one.
