It doesn't matter how many drives they sell, the profit margins are what make you $$$. I looked at the local (LA) area computer seller (microtimes) and was utterly SHOCKED at the price drops that have occurred in just the last two months and couldn't help but understand why all of the earnings warnings have been issued of late (INTC, AMD, WDC, SEG, etc) despite news of record computer sales, etc. Competition is helping us consumers, but KILLING the stock in the companies we own.
