That's right, he refused any outside help because he didn't want to upset the U.S. maritime unions, it's all about protecting the unions and nothing else... he also wants to destroy BP in order to ensure a larger market share to Petrobras, largely owned by his boss soros as a favor for the money he spent on the campaign into office...

odumbo is a complete scumbag and should be arrested and deported ASAP...

Purposefully withholding vital resources from the disaster is strong evidence that the U.S. government and their owners intend for many citizens in the U.S. Gulf Coastal states to die.

If anyone can offer a more logical reason for the U.S. and BP withholding vital aid and resources from the task, and why Obama and Heyward were seen laughing it up at their respective golf games and yacht club races, I will admit that I am wrong. Any takers?

By the way, the concept of a "clean-up" in this situation is incorrect. It is not a clean-up. How can it be? The well is still spewing oil into the the sea!

For example, imagine trying to clean your bathroom and the adjacent areas in your home from the nasty results of an overflowing toilet. Now, imagine doing it while your toilet is continually spewing out large quantities of raw sewage at a steady, uncontrolled rate!

It also think that BP wants to finish their relief wells -- which will not be completed until August -- to keep their profits flowing. I doubt they ever intended to stop the undersea oil and gas gusher using any other method.
