I pay no attention to market breadth... in fact, the only thing I pay attention to is time and price, nothing else... everything is in time and price...

I know, but just that you mentioned oscillators in your initial question, so I merely wanted to make it clear, that's all...

I do look at other things such as near term oscillators of personal invention, but I only take trade signals from my main timing model, it has been a money making machine for me over the years...

Today's dramatic move is typical of a new signal since my model measures that breaking point which is not visible on the chart when trend changes direction, something like when the earth shifts on its axis during the solstice phases, initial changes in trend are typically accompanied by highly spirited rallies or sell offs... today was no surprise to me because of that, and it helps to confirm the new signal... people were buying the dip when they should have been short, they get stopped out and try again, and so on... this is what drove the market lower today... the model tells you when the trend has changed direction while it's still not visible on the charts, so people get wrong footed as a result...
