Wikipedia has a pretty good spread on Blood Type.

I've given blood a couple of times this year. They come out with a big bus made up for the purpose, and it's quite efficient.

I'm O+ too, and one of the articles Josh pointed out, suggested that O isn't anymore as universal as once thought...
