marc,

I must in my heart agree with the points in your post because I bought some shares of EXC yesterday. Call me crazy, but I also recently added some shares of VZ, UNG, and TBT.

In an extended CNBC interview this morning, Greenspan labelled the current pause in "the recover" typical of recoveries from recession. After the pause, he expects improvement in the economic data to resume.

Most recent Investor's Intelligence figures report 41.1% of advisors are BULLS and 33.3% are BEARS - I see no extremes here.

The job stats are being distorted by those temporary government census workers. I wish they'd report the comparison of such figures excluding the census workers.

Thanks and Best wishes,

P

One difference between 1998 and 2010 is that the market was in a secular bull market in 1998, while it is in a secular bear market today.

Best wishes,
