Beemers are good cars. Hondas are the poor boys BMW. years ago, my local ferrari dealer kept after me to buy a ferrari. (as if!) i bought a bunch of ferrari emblems to the tune of $250 / horsie and put them on my insight. now whenever i drive my insight i pretend it's a ferrari, only it cost me less than $15K, my insurance is cheap, and i never worry about where i park.

and yes, i do live in a fantasy world, but it's the little things that i really appreciate.

the 9 ferrari emblems represent a decent percentage of the cost of the vehicle. four of the emblems were $250 each, and the others were less expensive. when i drive in rural america, many farmers don't believe me when i tell them it's not a ferarri. they just wink at me and smile knowingly.
