Carl:

this story only gives the plantiff's side of the isssue, apparently. the story I read said Applix denies any wrong doing and will vigourously defend its patents and interests.

I can't see where this is a big deal, can you? Applix is not being sued for patent infringement, rather, they are being sued, apparently, to stop them from alledging patent infringement.

if they win this suit, it could mean added royality income couldn't it? and if they lose, it will only mean more of the same competition which they have already presumably been facing, while they still came in with a positive quarter (albeit a penny) showing them on the comeback trail (I hope!).

as always,

best regards

Did you see this SEC filing? looks that there is a management problems, Cost of operation going up, Margin going down without increasing sales. I agree something is wrong. I am stuck for a while with 2000 shares bought at very high price, and I am not in a position to sell at this time. May be I should bite the bullet before end of year?
