She is wrong! Dead wrong. It is the responsibility of all governments to make sure corporations act honestly, and not harm us.

We should always start with the knowledge that corporations are psychopaths. They have no conscience.

So if we let a known psychopath tell us a lie, or do something to hurt us, who's fault is it if we trust them?

And history tells us it took a while for FDR to understand what Keynes was saying.
