looking between chiliwack and surrey, the trick is acreage and something not built in 1970- prefer 2000 or later- will use up to~1.5m for what I want, but i'm looking hard at the oregon coast as well- southwest of portland especially like the goldbeach area not too far from san fran and not too far from portland- daughter is in portland, mother, sibs and cousins in San fran, but i dont want to go back there to live-g-
