FYI....

I have tried 1000+ securities in one directory and it slows down
considerably. You should download Quotes plus from www.quotes-plus.com and compare to TC2000. None of is entirely pretty and I honestly admit I spent the first month of my TA carreer
doing nothing but understanding data delivery and conversion and creating a process I was satisfied with.

Using TCPRO 2000 & MSWIN version 6.0. I use datacon to down load to MetaStock. Have not tried more than 256 stocks since I prefer using multiple directories. Have not had any problems.

TC2000 reply to you was wrong, I believe.
I use their program and use datacon every night to throw the data
into my MS 6.5 program
