Thanks all of you for your great suggestions. This definitely gives me a good base to start researching some fine companies. One more thing - I see all MLPs are holding up very well in the recent market downturn. Is it a good time to buy some of them or should I wait until the sector goes out-of-favor. Last question - Are you guys holding all of these income producing stocks instead of bonds in your portfolio? Or do you consider these as equities when you do your asset allocation? Also - What's your opinion on REITs and any favorites there? Thanks for the great ideas. - SAM
