you'll be aware how little ideological differences matter there, how it's more about individual actions and interests, factional distinctions within and without parties ... and always fluctuating - don't be too surprised to see a resurrection of the PRI, and don't assume you know what that means in policy, without checking, even who it means - the priista of tomorrow may be a panista/perredista of yesterday, or vice versa ... Yes, I know, Chinatown, remember that great movie? To me, the question is whether NGD will be allowed to operate the mine while all the legal hoopla gets worked out.
