First of all, $20 billion is only a downpayment and it is going to victims right now. Though BP has currently started to play games with it. Still, even if $20 billion was all they got, it is much better than what they would have gotten under Senator Joe Barton's or Michelle Bachman's watch, where they would have had taxpayers pay for everything and apologize to BP for our Gulf interrupting their operations. Which is why the party is now abbreviated GOBP. And Rush Limbaugh wanted BP to do nothing, as the Gulf would take care of the situation by itself. What a maroon!
