I think politics are a little different right now. Look at Sharron Angle in Nevada. Look at Scott Brown in Mass. Neither of those people would have even been paid any attention to in previous years. There are people out there that will POWER a candidacy now that weren't there before. It might be better for Daniels or any other candidate to keep their powder dry for as long as possible in today's political climate. Money can get you commercials and organization but it can't get you FERVENT followers and they can create the type of publicity you can't get from normal channels. Look at the Kentucky primary. Greyson had the Party bigwigs and the cash, but Paul CRUSHED him by 20 points...
