While they are going in the right direction, having children get operations to elongate their tongues sounds a little compulsive.

fanaticism over spoken English I have been posting about this for years. Meanwhile our Multicultural types here in the islands get the locals to enroll in "Hawaiian only" classes their first few years. The kids come in speaking "Pigeon" and are even worse off in English by fourth grade. This really handicaps them all the way though school. Then the Local leaders complain that they can't get a good job when they get out of High School.
