I'm glad you posted this. Your excellent points are well-taken. I was fixed on the tendency of privatizing to reduce public salaries and benefits and overlooked the impact it would have on neighborhoods.

I agree that even with some complex safeguards, privatizing would lead over time to the kinds of inequalities you suggest. But is Christie suggesting or even alluding to taking this approach?
