Well, the best laid plans and all that... After being tied up with an arbitration the last week of June, then busy the 4th of July weekend, then being away last weekend camping in Idaho, I'd planned on a quiet weekend working around the house and yard. That is not to be. I am compelled to journey to Seattle tomorrow on a task that I shall force myself to do - buy a motorcycle. It's a tough assignment, but someone's got to do it.

MM....I just got back from having 2 shots in the C2-3 and 3-4 areas in my neck/spine....This man is someone you should see if at all possible. He is the ONLY one that does these specialized shots at the entire Overlake Hospital. His office is VERY high tec, cleaner than any hospital I've ever been in, and he's very considerate. Arthritis is just all over my body and causing trouble both upper spine and feet as well. He did the nerve shot C5-6 before I had the surgery in Feb 2009...He goes over the MRI and CTScans that have been done by the Imaging office, and tells you, and your wife/husband/family if you want, what the next step he is going to do...
