To ALL, Just spoke to FTEL's CFO, Tom Russell, regarding this filing. He noted this was a filing by FTEL in response to SEC questions re: the S1 filing. It was not an acceptance by the SEC (as I had naively hoped!). He said this was the final information required by the SEC and they are expecting it to be finalized and approved by the end of next week with the SEC stamp of final approval expected at this time. The time is getting near!! Its been a few weeks since I've seen the close at the day's high. That's the indicator which suggests smiles for everyone on this board (and elsewhere) on Monday. Lots of upward buying pressure on the ask today and even in quiet moments, the MMs didn't drop the bid as they have been doing. S1 --> announcements --> awareness --> price rise Correct me if I'm wrong. ;)) That close at the day's high gets my enthusiasm moving. Enjoy the weekend. Darrel Orpen

Okay . . . I'll be the one to open up the naive and paranoid question period as a result of this release. --- Is this a dilution of shares by 3.1 million? --- Does this establish the value of the price of the shares at 4.00@? --- What DOES this release mean? --- And for the paranoid part, if it is good news, why was it released after the close on a Friday afternoon? --- Bash me all you want, I would really like to hear some explanations of what this release means. Thanks alot . . . Russ
