It looks like Nov 7 is when SEC received it or made it available to the public. I don't believe it was a "press release" from the company.

No bashing here.
I think that this is old news but stuff that the SEC wanted filed in an appropriate manner. We have known for awhile that there were warrants that can be exercised after the acceptance and only after the acceptance of the S1. Many stocks have warrants and they do not make the price drop. I am encouraged that so many of the registered shares and warrants are held by insiders. I am sure others can offer more details than I.
I don't see this filing as a negative but as a requirement for the S1.
Before this weekend is over though, I am sure others will differ - as is their right.
