It's a Republican Clowngress when they're at the helm. It is what it is. They signed off on the bailout (TARP1), it would not have happened without them.

I'll add that I voted DemoRat in every single presidential election since 1976 except one. Including freaking Fritz Mondale when I was in Minnesota and we were the ONLY state not to vote for Reagan, besides Taxachusettes. I am the voter the Dems can ill afford to lose, yet are losing in big numbers in this election. Maybe for good.
