Why should I have to apply to low wage jobs just to figure out what "overqualified" means? Besides, someone with my resume could probably just start a new business. If only government policy actually encouraged small business creation, rather than tax and regulate the hell out of business and give the small ones "breaks" ... Tenchusatsu
