Paul, The most valuable asset this company has is its licenses. That is all they had when I first purchased them. They have executed prudently in obtaining additional licenses as time has progressed.

With this FCC report confirming that WCII can continue to add to its assets in the 38 ghz spectrum and without relocation of its traffic makes them more attractive to acquirers and enhances their value in the market.

Through the USOne purchase they have thrust themselves forward at least 6 to 9 months and the stock is just now reflecting this value. If we can avoid acquisition for 18 to 24 months your return will be much greater than if it were to happen today. I somewhat think of this as an MCI started in the 90's looking for a buy out after 2000.

In buying options I was looking for an absolute conformation of a new high and a true breakout, so I pulled the trigger a little later but feel very confident of the future direction from this point forward. This may not be a straight upward assent but I feel the downside from here will be limited. George
