PK, From what little I know I was under the impression that Teligent was primarily engaged in the technology relating to a location system for cellular phones. And that AGRP was going to do the 24 Ghz telephone system. Therefor I do not know why the IPO on Teligent is raising such interest in WCII. The IPO on Teligent will be over subscribed and the majority of the shares I would assume would go to AGRP shareholders. Could you help me on this one? George
