Uh, Timmy wasn't late with his tax filings, like you TJ. He DIDN'T REPORT INCOME. That my friend is tax evasion.

I recall Linda Chavez was one Repulican that got blocked because of household help. Cheating on the taxes among government workers seems ridiculously common. On the other hand, I recall working next to a contractor who bragged he never paid taxes and always set his withholding to 0.
