None of those things have anything to do with straw men.

You say property owners are responsible for their property but we're talking moveable property in the case of solar panels, not something fixed to the ground. Sure it could be moved.

Pointing out silicon panels, batteries and aluminum involve pollution in mining and manufacturing is a simple truth. It's misleading to pretend the only pollution that matters is that produced after the point of manufacture.

I'm not an engineer but I surely hope no engineer worth his salt would fail to see the problem with this reasoning:

" I hope you don't work in any engineering area.

Sorry bud, while my PV's operate they generate clean, pollution free electricity. They don't emit one drop of pollution."
