You say property owners are responsible for their property but we're talking moveable property in the case of solar panels, not something fixed to the ground. Sure it could be moved.

Well houses get moved all of the time. LOL!

Well bummer, it's become a circular argument. Your world doesn't pollute and mine does. LOL!

Fossil fuel production, refining and consumption has caused many more orders of magnitude of pollution than anything else.

Add it up. It's a well documented number.

Sorry bud but my PV system and thousands of of other ones around the world don't emit a drop of pollution as they generate electricity.

You can't say that about any of the fossil fuel plants.
