Special Thanks Emile and Jack for your posts !
I agree with you:
- Christ must be born within us in Spirit.
- Father sent Jesus on earth as a perfect example for us, to live with the Love of God.
What I wanted to share with you is very personal for me:
I was helped by a Saint (Paramahansa Yogananda) to come closer to Lord Jesus, closer to God.
I had the chance to share my love for Lord Jesus with many people, to participate to many Bible studies at home, so I totally appreciate this thread.
Regards,
1stSunRay

Dear Emile :

A little thought keeps coming back to me in that wonderful message you gave me last week.

You said that Paul said I am saved and I am being saved and I will continue to be saved; or something to that effect.

What did you or "Paul"mean by that.. I am not a once saved and always saved believer, although I am very secure in my salvation, becuase I feel that I can remove myself froms God's grace, not that he would willingly give me up..!

But I can see that a person should not, live in fear of losing their salvation. As far as the scripture of "depart from me ye workers of iniquity, I never knew you", there are a lot of judgemental people that use that verse in a finger pointing way... to me loving is easier to do than judging, and for that reason although I am very sure of my own standing I also try to be very respectful of anothers opinion, especially when I am first meet someone.

But isn't salvation a one time event, when your name is written in the lambs book of life ? .

Also, I would like to introduce you to someone I have become friends with over the SI net. She is a converted Jew, now a Christian, and I just think she is a very special person; however she mentioned that Christian female investors are definitely in the minority, and I feel she would especially enjoy your fellowship.
