<Best adherence is when regimens are kept as simple as possible, with as few pills as possible.> Is it still true that 18 pills a day are required with the new formulation. If so, is it 6 pills three times a day, or 3 six times a day, etc?

I forgot to say that you Saquinavir can be used in combination with several other drugs like Ritonavir(Norvir), Delavirdine(Rescriptor), Nelfinavir (Viracept), and now with 141. There will be a study published in the near future, PROA2001 141W94 + other PIs Dose Group 141w94 Other PI A 800 MG TID SQVSGV 800 MG TID B SAME IDV 800 MG TID C SAME NELF 750 MG TID D SAME CANT REMEMBER They have all showed huge drops in viral loads, almost 4 logs, down to less than 20 copies. CNS penetration, 12/13 patients treated with only RIT/SQV had no detectable virus in CSF while on therapy. JLL
