Jim, The 3.1 million shares is to cover the warrants issued which will add some $2.5 million to FTEL's coffers. From the President's Message "2.File an S-1 Registration Statement with the SEC to register warrants for FTEL Stock granted in 1995. This should raise $2.5 Million - non dilutive. Underway, nearing completion." Warrants DO raise interest in a company and heightened awareness will bring investors in. Anybody see FTEL's stochastic lately? It's in the 'tasty' zone.
