i never suggested he practiced what he preached

but he was responsible for MONETARY policy...congress/executive is responsible for FISCAL policy...his loose monetary policy encouraged loose fiscal policy, despite his warnings

C'mon! Greenie KNEW they'd NEVER cut spending. He's LYING. He's a complete TOOL. He told Clinton to RAISE taxes, that it was OK. He told Bush to CUT taxes, that it was OK..

By the by, if the Bush tax cuts expire, they'll rise to the ruinous levels of the Clinton administration.
