Yeah but did you see where they used their general funds to support a Rep candidate? One stop shopping... but some T-shirts and make a Republican political donation with the mark up.

What do you mean "untested"? IIRC, that area of Seattle is prime commercial real estate. Lots of retail stores there, including Macy's and Columbia (the outdoor gear store).
