They have been forcing citizens, schools, and businesses to integrate at gunpoint for decades, my friend. Here is a good place to start... en.wikipedia.org The government loves these shootings because it gives them the opportunity to extend an even larger umbrella of control over the lives of citizens. A larger umbrella of control equates to a larger government, which correlates to more power and earnings for those who govern. Incidentally, the NLRB wields a very nasty employment weapon that involves disparate impact. It is essentially a heinous quota system forced by the federal government! en.wikipedia.org When I use the term "forced at gunpoint", I mean it quite literally. Simply follow the events though to their natural conclusion, as follows... Assume you own a business. The government commands you to hire minorities. You refuse. They file a lawsuit against you. You refuse to appear in court to answer the charges. They will dispatch armed agents to apprehend you at gunpoint. Ergo, you are literally forced at gunpoint to adhere to their diversity quotas.

Not even sure what you mean - no one from the gov has pointed a gun at me and I'm as diverse as I choose to be. Give it time. I worked in banking for 20 years and got out when when the government enforced the monkey business on us. You do it or go to jail, my friend. That being the stupid loans to people who can't pay it back. (You needed to make sure you added in the money they claimed they had. Mainly from selling drugs or whoring.) The monkey's make sure you get it. They got the stink eye, the Shirley Jackson's and the loud screechy howls of "racist".
