Also my comments on DBII's 'win'.

For the week, I have DBII down 1/32. Doesn't look like a win on the chart.

Also, DBII was at a low on 12/27/96, at $2-1/4.

So, since 12/27/96, DBII is DOWN 5.6% while IDX is UP 29.2%.

Any question which is better?

It isn't so much that the market is discounting government deals be they state or federal, I think it is more a matter of them wanting to see more civilian\corporate deals. 95% of what IDX makes comes form government. A more diverse customer base would be a good thing.
