These teams are usually owned by some rich guy, having made his money elsewhere. But he wants to win so he pays out the wazoo to do it. Yes, but there needs to be income limits if for no other reason than some teams don't generate the same revenue as other teams aka NYC and LA. Its not a level playing field.....and its one of the imperfections in our form of capitalism.
