i believe that it should be handled locally, not at the federal level.

i would be willing to forgo eminent domain for the so few cases where it might be legit. all those cases could and should be handled locally, with the federal government's nose out of it.

i believe the locals would put an end to that mosque pronto if they had the power.

Define the circumstances.... should the government be able to over-ride private rights in the case of, say, a declared war, in furtherance of the war effort like they did so many times in WW II?
