so the local people vote to ban the mosque and a federal judge over rules it. Just like a judge did today on prop 8 in calif., gay marriage bill.

and like a fed judge did in ariz. and a fed judge will with the MO vote from last night

And the local Mayor, local full city council, planning district, etc.?
