Would a single person be less or more 'biased' then a married person?

A married person would have the correct bias. That is does gay marriage hurt children brought up in such a marriage, or not?

Would a straight person be any less or more 'biased' then a gay person?

A straight person would have a better bias for the same reason. Ideally a panel of judges, say 6 straight and married, 3 single, and 3 gay, would probably be the least biased, but that's not going to happen. IMO with a single judge it should have been a married straight person.

I don't see where you could automatically conclude that....

I use logic, you use emotion, you don't see, you feel.

There is nothing to 'conclude' automatically... but there is clear and convincing evidence from numerous studies that have been done that children raised by gay couples have more difficulty adjusting to their peers in a school and social setting... kids need a Mom and Dad, not two masculine moms or two feminine dads...
