Not all problems can be solved, you know that. Headache very often is a symptom of something else. Lack of insulin in a person with insulin dependent Diabetes, otoh - IS the problem. We provide Insulin where nature fails.

We don't know how to make high blood pressure go away. We do know how to control it, thereby preventing strokes, heart failure, renal failure, etc. That's pretty good for a situation which has no "ultimate" solution.
